THAT'S A WRAP

Last night I shot my last timelapse of my film "Mid-Atlanctic in Motion" down in OBX.  The Milky Way isn't as detailed here in Corolla as it it down south in Cape Hatteras due to some light pollution but I made it work.  I'll get more into details on how I went about putting this all together in a few days.  The video will be public late next week.

First Day Luck

The first day here down at the Outer Banks had a perfect sunset but it's been bad since.  Here's another from that first day.  It will be clearing up soon and Friday will be milky way shooting night!!

The Wait For a Great Catch or any catch

This lady was sitting in her chair all day waiting to catch a fish, whale, shark or mermaid but got nothing.

Bird Watching

Something people are people are really in to these days, is bird watching.  I was over on the sound last night snapping some time-lapse stuff and I saw these people going crazy over this blue haron eating.  

Sunsets in the OBX

After swimming in some north to south swell and trying out my best Roger Federer impression on the tennis courts I went to the sound and shot some time lapses. I'll be here all week wrapping up my timelapse film "Mid-Atlantic in Motion" and releasing it next week.   

Pacers-Product Reviews

Here are some BTS shots I got from the latest Pacers shoot.  The images of the shoes are 1 of 50 images of a timelapse / stop motion video and the shoes rotate 360 on the ground.  The videos will be complete in a few days.

The Next Few Weeks

I'll be wrapping up my Utah project in the next 2 weeks, this time I'll be going down to Bryce Canyon.  A few days after that trip I'll be going back to OBX to closeout my timelapse film "Mid-Atlantic in Motion".  Look for it the week of Labor Day.

Rain Rain GO AWAY!!

This summer has been very abnormally wet.  It seem's like it rains everyday.  Heres a self portrait of me waiting for the rain to move out of D.C. last week prior to shooting a timelapse.

Earlier this week my buddy gave me access to his construction site.  After waiting out some rain I was able to shoot 5 time lapses that came out pretty nice.

Kayak Trip-2013

Every year the guys gather up the camping / fishing gear and drop in at Brunswick, MD for our annual 3 day river trip.  We set off in kayaks, canoes and tubes for a total of about 14 miles over the 3 days.  We caught a group total of around 250 fish.  Now back to work on my timelapse film.
