A rare treat for the East Coast

Per a request by a 6'-4" mammoth, I will keep this bog update short and let the photos do the talking.  This weekend I went to Spruce Knob, West VA to shoot the stars and I got unexpected bonuses.  It's extremely rare to get the milky way this good on the east coast, not to mention aurora borealis.  In the images themselves you can't really tell but when you watch the 12 second timelapse you see the green gases move.

More updates coming soon

Enjoy
